Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided shipping address.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellation

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
